Refund Policy

Effective April 26, 2026.

One-time purchases ($2 single document)

Because the free preview lets you see the first three sections of any document before paying, the preview itself acts as your refund. After purchase, refunds are available at our discretion if the output had a clear technical error (e.g., truncated mid-sentence, wrong language, missing declared integrations). Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

Pro subscriptions ($5 / month or annual)

You can cancel your subscription any time. We will refund the unused portion of the current billing period on request within 30 days of the most recent charge. After 30 days, no further refund is available, but you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including the EU 14-day cooling-off right for distance contracts (where applicable), or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 protections for digital content.

Email [email protected] with your order number. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
